Turn Off Your TV Week

MHAs can participate in the seventh annual TV Turnoff Week, April 22-28, 2002, to encourage local students to read, exercise and spend more time with family and friends.

TV-Turnoff Network, a national nonprofit organization, to encourage children and adults to watch less television to promote healthier lives and community, started this observance. NMHA is one of 70 national supporting organizations of this year's observance.
