This is a huge site containing resources for educators and parents. The Publications and Products section contains items such as (but certainly not limited to) Regulations Of The Commissioner Of Education: Guidance Programs, Home Instruction, Parental Notice Of Student Suspensions, Program Requirements For Students In Grades Pre-K Through Six, School Based Planning And Shared Decision Making. The Resources/Publications section includes Curriculum Frameworks, Directory Of Innovative Early Elementary Resource Guide to Integrated Learning, Interactive Resource Guide, Interpreting Pupil Evaluation Program Test Results, Test Access And Modification For Individuals With Disabilities, Working With Low Performing Students, and many more.

VESID (Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities)

VESID offers educational and employment services for both children and adults with disabilities in New York State. For children, VESID administers 15 Early Childhood Direction Centers that help families find programs and services for their disabled child, and oversees special education services for students in public and private schools. For adults, VESID offers vocational assessment, vocational counseling, assistance with transition from school to the world of work, job training and placement, job follow-up, and other services to support the individual's employment objectives. VESID also administers 38 Independent Living Centers across New York State.
