2011 Project Goals:
Provide an educational and supportive workshop series to help teens prevent and/or recover from eating disorders. Activities will be designed in collaboration with local mental health providers, nutritionists, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Trainers.
Increase overall awareness of eating disorders by acquiring and disseminating educational materials to nine local secondary schools. Each school will receive two tool kits: one for students and one for school staff.
