Welcome to the Mental Health Worker Healthcare Benefit Project (HBP) Web page established and maintained by the Mental Health Association in New York State, Inc.

The HBP Web page is a place where mental health providers and their staff can visit to learn about the project, communicate with each other, access resources about healthcare benefits and receive updates about the project, state government-related activities and the healthcare insurance industry in general.
